பணம் திரும்பப் பெறுதல் மற்றும் பொருட்களை திரும்ப அளித்தல் கொள்கை

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Royal Uzhavan.

1. Returns (பொருட்களை திரும்ப அளித்தல்)

Since we deal with perishable and food items, returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds (பணம் திரும்பப் பெறுதல்)

Refunds will be processed within 1hr-24hr business days if your claim for a damaged or incorrect item is approved. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

சேதமடைந்த அல்லது தவறான பொருளுக்கான உங்களின் கோரிக்கை அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டால், 1 முதல் 24 வேலை மணிநேரங்களுக்குள் பணம் திரும்பப் பெறுதல் செயலாக்கப்படும். நீங்கள் பணம் செலுத்திய அதே முறையிலேயே பணம் திருப்பி அளிக்கப்படும்.

3. Cancellations (ரத்து செய்தல்)

If your request for damaged or incorrect items is accepted, excluding any items you have used from the returned goods, the refund for the remaining items will be credited back via your original payment method within 1 to 24 hours.

சேதமடைந்த அல்லது தவறான பொருட்களுக்கான உங்கள் கோரிக்கை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டால், நீங்கள் பயன்படுத்திய பொருட்களைத் தவிர்த்து, மீதமுள்ள பொருட்களுக்கான பணம் 1 முதல் 24 மணிநேரத்திற்குள் நீங்கள் பணம் செலுத்திய அதே முறையிலேயே திருப்பி அளிக்கப்படும்.
